What does it cost to join?

Why is an agency agreement required?
It is what establishes the business relationship, and it is signed once, before anything is sent. It does not commit you to buying anything.
Do I have to use a specific lender?
No. Bring your own financing, lender or cash. Proof of funds is asked for because sellers at this speed ask for it.
